Join us on Saturday 18 November for a celebration of all things ACTIVE!

We’ve joined with some of Canberra’s best studios, instructors and experts (including the experts in delicious and nutritious foods, The Goods Wholefoods) to bring you a day bursting with all things health, fitness and wellness at Canberra’s stunning new event space, The Social Club in Kingston.

Start your day learning about healthy snacking from HerCanberra’s resident nutrition expert and owner of The Healthy Eating Hub Kate Freeman while you help yourself to her healthy pop-up yoghurt bar

Get your ‘om’ on with a slow. yoga session presented by here. before settling down for a nourishing, delicious lunch from The Goods Wholefoods.

We’ll spend the afternoon doing hip hop yoga presented by SOULution Yoga, Pilates with Gabrielle Petterwood and then some Dance Cardio with Canberra’s darling of dance, Natasha Vujic.

We’ll finish with a Bliss Ball Workshop from The Goods—complete with healthy snacks to refuel an ACTIVE day’s work.

On top of a menu full of ACTIVE activities, you’ll also be able to peruse the ACTIVE pop-up market to stock up on healthy recipe books, activewear and a range of healthy and sustainable goodies.

10:00-10:30: Registrations and welcome

10:30-11:30: Kate Freeman Experiential Session/healthy snack bar

11:30-12:30: slow. Yoga Class presented by here.

12:30-1:15: Lunch, provided by The Goods Wholefoods

1:15-:2:00: Hip Hop Yoga presented by SOULution

2:00-2:45: Pilates with Gabrielle Petterwood

2:45-3:30: Dance Cardio with Natasha Vujic

3:30-4:30: Bliss Ball Workshop presented by The Goods Wholefoods. Includes afternoon tea.
