A ‘collective’ look at what’s in store for Spring/Summer

Laura Peppas

It may still be chilly, but trust us, warmer weather is just around the corner. Don’t believe us? Just ask the Canberra Centre.

Next Tuesday 1 September the Centre will launch their Spring/Summer 2015 campaign, The Collective, bringing high profile fashion, lifestyle, beauty and wellbeing influencers to the capital to share their expert tips and tricks at events from September until November.

The season will begin with a workshop tailored to Canberra’s fashion conscious gentleman, in partnership with QT Hotels and featuring founder/editor of men’s digital lifestyle platform D’Marge, Luc Wiesman. Luc will talk male fashion trends and technology as guests enjoy the QT Grooming Station and a gentleman’s cocktail class hosted by Lucky’s Speakeasy.

Meanwhile, the two fashion-forward women behind popular blog They All Hate Us, Tash Sefton and Elle Ferguson, will bring their up-to-the-minute fashion tips and season-specific style advice to Canberra for a workshop dedicated to styling this year’s Spring/Summer trends.

Former beauty editor for Vogue Australia and founder of beauty website Beauticate, Sigourney Cantelo, will also bring her wealth of knowledge to decode the latest beauty trends, from contouring to serums and everything in between.

Finally, Canberra’s health and fitness conscious individuals will be inspired by nutritionist, author and yoga extraordinaire Lola Berry who will share her mantra that the most nutritious health foods can also be the tastiest in a workshop that aims to inspire guests to enjoy the upcoming festive season while keeping fit and healthy.
