After a highly successful 2015, it’s time to hone your chopstick skills once again in preparation for the 2016 Enlighten Night Noodle Markets. With all the colour, sounds and smells of an Asian hawker market plus the buzz, hype and vibe of a huge outdoor festival, the Night Noodle Markets in association with Enlighten is set to take Canberra by storm.

Expect to see local Asian eateries such as Kusina, Thirst Wine Bar and Soi Noodle Bar along with popular stalls Hoy Pinoy, Let’s Do Yum Cha and Spanthai. Black Star Pastry/ N2 Extreme Gelato will also pop up creating crazy and delicious collaborations. So it’s not all noodles.
