Embracing the spirit of Christmas, the Japanese Slipper is rich in those traditional Christmas colours. This cocktail combines Midori, citrus vodka, triple sec, fresh lemon and a sweet maraschino cherry to finish!

It’s a Parlour twist on a classic that’s packed with lots of fresh flavour and easy to drink on a sunny afternoon. This little number is from their spring cocktail list and is made with Tanqueray London dry gin, elderflower liqueur, lime, mint and cucumber.

Made with rye whisky, Peychaud’s bitters, Angostura bitters, absinthe, sugar and served with lemon peel, the Sazerac is all things nice.

Santa’s Special incorporates Hennesy Cognac, Disaronno Amaretto, Cherry Heering Liquor, Demerara syrup, Creme De Cocoa, egg white and nutmeg. This little number is finished with grated nutmeg, which enhances the Christmas pudding flavour. It’s also served with a skewered date. Delish!

Vanilla infused bourbon, Nocello, a dash of peach nectar, lemon juice and bitters are shaken over ice in a Boston shaker before being strained over a large ice cube in a double-rocks glass and garnished with citrus zest. Delicious and decadent.
