Given that Canberra is experiencing some strange weather at the moment, here’s your definitive guide on trans-seasonal dressing.

We’ve got five in-between season staples to help you layer like a pro when the weather is making up its mind!

Remember, just because the weather may get drab, don’t stop being your fabulous self. Wear colour, print, metallics and add pizzazz to your outfits with bold accessories. Check out our outfit ideas for some inspiration!

Staple 1: The Trench Coat


A trench coat is the ultimate trans-seasonal staple. It’s a perfect way to stay warm and look chic. Throw it over a summer outfit when the temperature starts to drop and you’re set. Invest in a timeless shape and neutral colour and your trench will work with everything. Keep your look interesting by wearing a pop of colour if the weather gets you down 😉
