ACTIVE Day: Raw Ball Workshop

Klarisa is the owner of the newly opened wholefoods café and salad bar The Goods Wholefoods.

Having previously partnered with her sister, Tihana, to open eighty/twenty food in Braddon, Klarisa is passionate about healthy eating and wellbeing. She loves to share her knowledge of healthy wholesome eating with the Canberra community, and prides herself on showing people that eating well can be easy, accessible and delicious too.

Klarisa first started making raw balls as a healthier alternative to other sweets. When she realised how delicious and filling they were, she decided to share them with everyone else through her cafes.

During this workshop you will learn the fine art of raw ball making!

You will learn how to make different flavours using various ingredients, why consistency is important, as well as lots more tips and tricks to make the best vegan raw ball ever. You’ll have the opportunity to taste every recipe, ask all the questions you can think of, and take home a copy of a recipe too!
