ACTIVE Week: Yogasana Fitness

Vinyasa Yoga for Power & Grace is designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility with the flowing movements of yoga.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Over the past 23 years, Jen from Yogasana Fitness has spent thousands of hours on her yoga mat refining sequences and postures to create a class that is challenging, yet accessible to practitioners of all levels. Props will be provided to assist students who need to make modifications so that each student can work within their comfort zone. Each participant is encouraged to modify the practice in order to create a unique experience for themselves.

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a beach towel for sitting on.
