ACTIVE Week: Yogasana Fitness

Jen invites all new students to try one of the following classes for free:

Tuesday 14 November: 5:30pm – Level 1 Yoga for Power & Grace
Tuesday 14 November: 6:30pm – Beginner Series
Thursday 16 November: 12pm – Gentle Lunchtime Yoga
Thursday 16 November: 5:30pm – Level 1 Yoga for Power & Grace
Sunday 19 November: 8am – Level 1 Yoga for Power and Grace

What to expect

With consistent practice, yoga will improve your posture breat control and your ability to settle your mind. This style of yoga has a strong emphasis on strength, flexibility and stamina which will contribute to your overall physical health and wellbeing. Begin with one class and take up the yoga habit to see what a difference yoga can make in your life.
