Free Coaching for ACT Not-for-Profit Sector

Every year, International Coach Federation (ICF) members offer free coaching to people who work in ACT community sector. Through this program, local community organisations are offered the opportunity to receive pro-bono coaching hours for paid and unpaid workers.

This is a great opportunity for people working in the community sector to gain access to a professional coach – something that these organisations may not otherwise be able to afford.

This coaching involves a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires people to improve their performance at work and enhance their quality of life. In a time when budgets are shrinking and resources are scarce, this is a great opportunity to access a free professional learning and development opportunity. Community Service staff, both paid and unpaid, can be nominated by their managers to participate.

Over the last two years, nearly 300 hours of free professional coaching has been provided to local community organisations and recipients were overwhelmingly positive about their personal and leadership development that resulted from the coaching.

Interested? The ICF are launching on Wednesday 20 May 2015.

Where: Hedley Beare Centre, 51 Fremantle Drive, Stirling

Please register your interest to attend.
