Five ways to have a calorie-free Easter
Posted on
Easter is almost upon us.
For many, it’s a time to join with family and friends. It’s a time to be thankful for the wonderful things we have. For others, Easter is a whirlwind chocolate affair that rages for days and then lingers for weeks after.
If this is you, here are five ways you can remove the calories from your chocolate this Easter.
- Peel small eggs without ripping the paper. The time it takes to be so ridiculously pedantic gives the calories time to dissolve into the air.
- Make your own chocolate using only zero calories ingredients.
- Only eat chocolate that someone throws into your mouth from a distance. This works really well if you’re uncoordinated.
- Smash the egg against your head first before you eat it. It obliterates the calories. And you won’t want to do it more than once.
- Throw your Easter Eggs into the bush, because if you have to hunt and gather them, they’re paleo.
Please note: If you’re premenstrual, chocolate doesn’t have calories. It just doesn’t.
