Are these the best views in Canberra?

The sweeping views of Molonglo Valley will take centre stage at Denman Prospect’s newest development, Polo.

Crafted by the award-winning Milin Builders and Developers, Polo is a collection of 50 apartments and 29 townhouses, majority north-facing, with arguably the best views in Canberra—overlooking the Molonglo River and rolling hills of the Arboretum.

“It’s a very special site because of its elevation, and it’s right next to the proposed Denman Village Shops,” says leading agent Nathan Page.

Nathan says the apartments in particular have been “very popular” already, with the lifestyle factor a big drawcard.

“Residents at Polo won’t ever have to travel far,” he says.

“It’s an easy stroll to the future shops, while local schools and all the action in Belconnen, Woden and Canberra’s City Centre are just a short drive away.”

Many of the apartments feature large balconies with one, two or three bedrooms, which follow the large, open plan design of popular Coombs development Luna.

“There are no other apartments available in the Denman Village at the moment, and given their size, the apartments at Polo are very moderately priced,” Nathan says.

Meanwhile, the townhouses feature two or three bedrooms, luxurious high ceilings and the best in modern appliances.

“I think the townhouses will be quite popular with downsizers, first home buyers and families alike,” says Nathan.

“They have beautiful courtyards and the top floor balconies offer incredible views over the Molonglo Valley.”

Whichever option they choose, Nathan says residents will be spoilt for choice.

“The gently rolling landscape connects to a variety of cycle and walking tracks, with plenty of parks and open spaces for sporting and social activities, so there will always be plenty to do and see.”
