Meet the New Kids on the Forage Block

Josie Gouvoussis

The highly anticipated Spring Forage is happening on Saturday 21 October and we’re already getting excited.

Back yet again to delight Canberra’s foodies, The Forage‘s celebration of all things delicious and mouth-watering had record-breaking crowds attend in July, so it’s unsurprising that they’re announcing some new faces for October.

From sweet treats to refreshing beverages, Hawaiian inspired bites and freshly churned ice cream, get ready to find a new favourite.

Get Crackin Crème Brulee

Indulge in a crackin’ crème brulee with a fresh vanilla bean base and brittle caramel toffee which melts in your mouth. In compact little bowls, it’s the perfect sizing to finish your day on a sweet note.

Little Piggies Ice Cream

Indulge in some delicious homemade gourmet ice cream created with ingredients from the gorgeous Southern Highlands. Little Piggies feature unique names and flavours such as Captain Caffeine, Cupcake Cutie and Not So Plain Jane.

The groovy Kokomos is going to be serving up Hawaiian inspired treats ranging from key lime pies and spiced popcorn to smoked pork belly and fresh seafood.

Bringing their fresh, summery atmosphere to Barton, they’re sure to be an instant hit.

Love Street Bagels

Love Street take the authentic bagel and revamp it with a gourmet twist. Their offerings include delicious morsels like the cheesy bacon and shallot schmear savoury bagel, bringing a little taste of a New York classic right here to the nation’s capital.

Pallet & Vine

Pallet and Vine take your childhood lemonade stand to a new level with their mulled wine and seasonal beverages. Fresh lavender lemonade mimosas, anyone?

There will also be non-alcoholic options for the kiddies.
