Prost! Kicks have announced a new Oktoberfest

From the team that brought you The Commons Street Feast, Kicks Entertainment is bringing a huge stein of Bavarian tradition to Canberra like it’s never been done before!

It’s Oktoberfest, all dressed up! Oktoberfest Parklands will transform Patrick White Lawns into a massive lakeside Volksfest celebration with Craft Beer Halls, Bavarian Food Truck Village, Oompah bands, DJs, traditional dancers, side show alley, rides and amusements and a whole host of other entertainment for you und dein Freunden!

Think Kranski, Pork knuckles, Pretzels and steins of beer (plus German wines and other drinks of course), all while singing a German Oompahpah in a huge Beer Hall and across the beautiful waterside parklands just minutes from Civic.

Tickets get you entry, wunderbar entertainment, a commemorative Oktoberfest Parklands Beer Stein and your first drink is on them! PROST!

So don your lederhosen or dirndl and kommt spaß machen!

Yes, you should definitely dress up

For the ladies, choose to go classic with a colourful Bavarian Dirndl dress complete with matching apron. Or perhaps a female Lederhosen is more your thing? For the fella’s go with a Lederhosen, Platterhosen, or a plaid shirt. Add a felted hat, and most importantly – no outfit is complete without suspenders!
