ACTIVE Day: Bounce

Bounce is the latest exciting class to hit Dance Central’s new DC FIT timetable launching in July!

We’re predicting Bounce classes are going to become the most exciting way to get fit… and are excited to be the first to provide an exclusive taste of these new classes.

Bounce is a dance cardio, trampolining class that is low impact on joints and provides a high intensity cardio, euphoric-sweat sesh!

Bounce is perfect for increasing your fitness and metabolic rate, which means you’ll keep burning calories at a higher rate even after you’re done jumping. Regular classes will strengthen your muscles, cardiovascular system, balance and flexibility. As the body moves against gravity, the lymphatic system is stimulated to pull lymph fluid carrying toxins through the vessels and circulate boosting your immune health.

Classes are conducted on your own mini trampoline. The maximum weight for specialised mini trampolines is 150kg. Each class is limited to 15 people.

Wear supportive sneakers and bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

Dance Central are offering two 30 minute sample classes, spots are limited so book in quickly.
