They have lots of opportunities for HerCanberra readers to come and try the 1-2-3 Personal Training experience for free during ACTIVE Week!

What to expect

What makes 1-2-3 Personal Training different is that they specialise in restoring posture, rehabilitating biomechanics and optimising functional movement, so that their clients can develop the strength and fitness they need to achieve their goals and excel at what they do!

Their personal training methodology includes assessing posture, screening functional movement, correcting movement dysfunction or compensation, and of course training.
