What to expect

You simply turn up (for 45 minutes) and train. The programs are different every day, the music is always pumping, the trainers will guide you through every exercise and the members are very friendly. Live DJs are present for Saturday morning classes and all members have access to the free F45 challenge app providing weekly meal plans and recipes.

F45’s classes are all circuit based interval training designed to keep your heart rate high while giving you plenty of rest periods. Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes are cardio based with Tuesday and Thursday classes resistance based. Come every day for your complete weekly fitness needs. Come in your workout clothes and bring a towel and water bottle (or buy one in studio if you forget). Go at your own pace and let the trainers guide you through the exercises. Every fitness level, age and ability is catered for.
