ACTIVE Week: Club Lime Women’s Only Gym, CISAC

Club Lime Women’s only gym offers an exclusive, high quality gym environment at an affordable price for ladies only.

Club Lime Women’s only gym members enjoy luxurious change room facilities (including hair straighteners), a daily complimentary breakfast and an abundance of fun and welcoming group fitness classes. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to get you started on your fitness journey. Following a recent facelift, Club Lime Women’s only gym have opened a brand new functional room which includes a sled track, bumper plates, rowers, Ski Erg and an array of exciting new equipment! The facility also offers a weekday crèche: open between 9.15am and 1.45pm for $5 per child per session.

The Club Lime Women’s only Eternity membership offers members access to both women’s only gyms, Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre (CISAC) and Tuggeranong, as well as all Club Lime facilities around Canberra (24-hour access clubs included). Eternity members also enjoy access to the aquatics facility at CISAC, which includes a spa, steam room and aqua aerobics.

ACTIVE Week offer

What’s on offer during ACTIVE week:

  • Personal facility tours with a friendly staff member
  • A Lifestyle Consultation with one of the experienced GymmyPT trainers to discuss your goals and how you can start working towards them
  • Access to several group fitness classes, including aqua aerobics in the pool
  • Baby and child minding in the crèche (limited spots – bookings required)

Free classes

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels; and are taught by experienced and fully qualified group fitness instructors who can tailor each workout to your needs.

Aqua Pulse (45mins)
A great class to have some fun in the water and get the heart rate up. Its gentle on the joints but great for toning up.

Aqua Zumba (45mins)
Bringing the love of Latin dance to the pool. The rhythm and the water are a perfect mix for a fun low impact workout.

Body Balance (45mins)
Blending Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates you can improve your flexibility, core strength and balance.

Body Blitz (45mins)
A combination of low and high intensity moves which are easily adapted to how hard you want to work. Each class is designed to improve your cardio fitness and strength and focus on your core.

Body Step (45mins) 
Work your butt and thighs in this fun and energetic dance party class.

Boxercise (45mins) 
This class is the perfect way to get in shape with a mixture of fun boxing drills. No partner or equipment required!

CX Worx (30mins)
Strengthen and tighten your core muscles, improve your posture and feel good about yourself. Feel free to stay for 30 minutes of stretching following this class.

High Intensity Interval Training HIIT (45mins) 
45 minutes of high intensity training which can be suited to all fitness levels and abilities. HIIT is one of the most popular trends in the fitness industry at the moment because of its proven results. Burn fat, improve your power, strength and endurance. Give it a go!

Lite Circuit (30mins) 
Perfect for the beginner, those looking for variety in their training or an introduction to circuits.

Yoga (45mins) 
Improve your breathing, body awareness, posture, flexibility and calm your mind and body.

Zumba (45mins) 
Exercise has never been this fun! Enjoy the mix of Latin and Calypso rhythms with easy to follow moves. This will definitely not feel like a workout – you will be having too much fun!
