ACTIVE Week: The Den Canberra

The Den is available to everyone equally and doesn’t discriminate between fitness levels, abilities or participants performance.

They work together as pack and encourage, motivate and support each other.

What to expect

20/10 is The Den’s flagship session. It is based on Tabata principals and has been designed to cater for people just starting out looking to develop their health and fitness right through to elite athletes. This low impact high intensity session is scientifically proven as the most effective aerobic and anaerobic tool, in turn working on improving and enhancing joint mobility, core stability and functional movement. Bring along a towel and water bottle.
