This extensive mind body programme is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility and strength. It puts back all that we take out and really centres your energy. It’s ideal as your workout of choice or you can add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body.

This is your hour of Group Power®! Blast your muscles with this high-rep weight-training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and bodyweight, this intense workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional exercises and motivating music. Guaranteed to the most fun experience you will have while strength training, pushing you to a personal best! Led by our Embrace Personal Trainers, our Small Group sessions are designed to cater to all levels of fitness.

Embrace Pilates and Fitness will be offering our ‘Fit and Flex‘ program especially designed for Seniors. A safe effective exercise program for all levels of Fitness. Workouts don’t have to be a chore. In fact, workouts don’t have to feel like workouts at all. With Zumba, a workout isn’t even a workout: it’s a fun, social dance party – with exercise being the biggest perk! The music is fast, upbeat and contagious, so you can’t help but keep moving. And since it takes place in a group setting, Zumba is by far one of the best ways to get your friends in on your “exercise routine.”
