ACTIVE Week: FitHabitz

FitHabitz believe that fitness should be fun and something you look forward to doing.

Being fit and active can bring a new sense of self confidence. You feel good about yourself and have a more energetic and positive attitude towards life. Jane’s fitness sessions are fun, inclusive and encourage everyone to workout within their own limits to get results.

Jane is a qualified fitness coach registered with Fitness Australia and she has enjoyed coaching outdoor and indoor fitness sessions for over 15 years in Canberra. She is passionate about fitness and enjoys being active each day, either running, swimming, or gym training.

Free classes

Free come and try sessions are available on the following days during ACTIVE Week

Tuesday 14 November: 5:45-6:30pm
Wednesday 15 November: 6:15-7:00am
Thursday 16 November: 5:45-6:3opm
Friday 17 November: 6:15-7:00am

What to expect

Jane’s sessions are fun, inclusive and encourage everyone to workout within their own limits to get results. Your 45 minute fitness workout will include a variety of upper and lower body strength exercises, core stability, cardio and abs. Jane loves abs! All fitness levels are welcome.
