Functional Fitness Australia are not a gym – they’re a lifestyle. They offer a variety of training methods that are all functional and designed to get your body moving the way it was designed to move.

Trial their signature FUNC. classes that combine a mixture of strength and conditioning training.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Functional Fitness space is different. There are no machines & there are no cables. There’s no couches, no TV’s and there’s no mirrors. Your opportunity to reflect is internal. They offer a mixture of small group sessions with a maximum 8 clients to 1 coach led by highly experienced coaches to ensure your safety.

Joining FUNC.. is a journey. It’s not always easy, but it’s a lot of fun. It is for everyone, irrespective of your current fitness level or ability. All you need to do is decide it’s time for you to make a change for the better.
