WHAT TO EXPECT

PB Fit specialises in female strength training, designed to help women find their strength and be uplifted and empowered. The deadlift is one the most functional gym exercises, yet it’s also one commonly performed with ineffective technique. The class will show you not only how to lift safely for your biomechanics, but also how to become even stronger. Learn how to lift heavy loads safely and effectively from Nationally Accredited Strength Coaches.

You will learn:

• Breathing + bracing techniques

• Lift preparation and glute activation exercises

• Deadlift technique

• Accessory movements to help build your deadlift
