Sunday 19 November: 9-11am

What to expect

The class will be a Hatha Vinyasa blend and the sequence will be adapted to the crowd. The class welcomes every level and every age. So, even if you are free to Yoga, feel free to show up. The class will be followed by a small breakfast for us to feel part of a welcoming community and to feel a bit more connected.

Bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water.
