ACTIVE Week: Yoga Mums Fitness

Yoga Mums Fitness specialises in Pregnancy and Mums and Bubs Yoga.

Mums and Bubs Yoga is a great way to regain your strength, spend time with other mums, learn more about your body and of course, have fun!

Monday 13 November: 10:30-11:30am

What to expect

This class will go for approximately 1 hour, and don’t worry if your bub cry’s, screams or needs a feed during the class; we’re all mums here!

This class is specifically for Mums whose bubs are from 6 weeks old up to crawling (just make sure you have been given the all clear from your Doctor to begin exercise).

Joining Yoga Mums Fitness is a great way to enjoy some yoga with your baby, tone up, rebuild core strength (abs and pelvic floor), release tension from back, neck and shoulders and enjoy some relaxation.

Bring your own yoga mat, water, a blanket and toys for bub and anything else you think you might need. There is also plenty of room for prams.
