Cape Grim & Flinders Island: Age of Meaty Innocence

James Madden from Flinders Island Meat and Michael White from Cape Grim Beef will get into the guts of the meat industry, and discuss the importance of produce with real provenance. They will also showcase lamb and beef from animals of different ages throughout a lavish lunch to give an understanding of the differences between certain cuts and their relation to flavor.

An event usually reserved only for chefs, they’re opening it up for the general public to give you some tricks of the trade.
