Ginninderry Community Information Sessions

Registrations for the first release in Stage 1 of Ginninderry’s suburb of Strathnairn will commence at a series of community information sessions on Saturday 8 April and Sunday 9 April.

From 9am on Saturday 8 April, members of the public will have the opportunity to register for sales as the Ginninderry project releases 57 blocks of land, 17 homes in the Flexi-living series and a range of house and land packages.

You’ll also have the opportunity to visit The Link, our new community, arts and sales information centre as part of our opening weekend celebrations.

Come along to get more information about the buying process, learn more about the sustainability features at Ginninderry and ask questions about conservation management.

A range of public information sessions will be held between 9am-4pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

  • 12pm                   Conservation/environment presentation
  • 1pm                      Conservation/environment presentation

  • 3.30pm                Sustainability/cooking demonstration

There will also be a variety of kids’ activities across the weekend including seed planting, giant board games, and a community art wall between 9.30am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.

Food and drink will be available between 9am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.

Happening 9am–4pm, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 April at 90 Stockdill Drive, Holt (adjacent to Strathnairn Arts Association).
