Joe’s Bar launches Roman winter menu

Joe’s Bar at Kingston’s East Hotel have launched a new Roman winter menu to warm you up in this cold weather.

Italian-born chef Francesco Balestrieri’s menu has a focus on classic Italian cooking, with all food made in house by hand, using nothing but the best and freshest ingredients.

You’ll find hearty dishes like housemade pappardelle with swiss brown mushrooms, minced pork neck and fresh truffles, and classic Italian lasagne with slow cooked wagyu beef mince sandwiched between hand made pasta sheets topped with grated parmigiano reggiano.
