CELEBRATE WINTER’S FINEST

Join the annual celebration of Canberra’s own black gold on the 2018 Winter Solstice.

Featuring truffles provided by ‘The Truffle Farm’ to be paired with fresh, seasonal produce and local wines in a four course dinner prepared by leading Canberra Chefs.

The evening will be hosted by Janet Jeffs (Ginger Catering) and Jayson Mesman (The Truffle Farm).

This year’s Chefs include:
