Are you a southsider and proud of it? You’re about to have a whole lot of company next week when South.Point Tuggeranong unveils its new South.Life dining precinct on Saturday 12 October.
Located on Anketell Street, the South.Life dining precinct will see a whole new range of dining options—from family-friendly eateries to cafes, burgers and more—and to celebrate, South.Point is holding a huge day of delicious deals and family fun!
Here are six things to look forward to.
DELICIOUS NEW EXPERIENCES
Anketell Street is set to become a dining hotspot and with over 10 venues in one place, there will be plenty of reasons to keep coming back, including Rashays, La Pasteria, Zambrero, Streets of Asia, Café Milligram, Brew Bar, Little Istanbul, Chalisa, Asian Noodle House and Lemon Grass Thai Restaurant.
DID SOMEONE SAY MOOKIE BURGER?
That’s right, Mookie Burger will be coming southside and to celebrate, there will be a Mookie Burger pop-up!
Keep an eye out for the Mookie pop up, where they’ll be treating southsiders to a taste of their iconic American-Japanese fusion burgers, fries and shakes.
FUN FOR LITTLE ONES
Smaller southsiders may not be as excited about new restaurants…but they’ll love the free face painting and rides on Thomas the Tank Engine! These activities will be running from 11am-4pm and will be the perfect way to work off some post-lunch energy.
SAY (GIANT) CHEESE!
Keep an eye out for an array of giant inflatable foods along Anketell Street. If you see one, make sure you snap a pic and post it to social media with the hashtag #SOUTHLIFE—you could go into the draw to win one of 10 $200 South.Point vouchers.
