An all-day garden bar is opening in the National Rose Gardens today – it’s time to meet Rosa’s
Blooming in the National Triangle as part of the broader The Lawns of the Lobby precinct, and from your morning coffee to your arvo vino, Rosa’s transforms from day to night.
Teasing people on social media with some fun and flirty posts for months now, Rosa’s is finally opening to become what is possibly Canberra’s cutest takeaway location.
Opening from 7 am until late every day, during the day you’ll be able to grab pizza, coffee on the run, as well as sandwiches and pastries and by night it’ll be the perfect location for an afternoon vino and some nibbles. Ideal for a lazy autumnal picnic or a late night catching up with friends in a beautiful location, it will have everything you need for a good time.

Joining KOTO (one of the most exciting openings of 2023), award-winning Australian Chef, Shaun Quade, will be overseeing operations for Rosa’s, so you know it’s going to be good.
Located smack bang in the middle of The National Triangle, The Lobby’s reputation as an upscale restaurant and iconic wedding venue came to an end in 2016. Now, seven years later, the legacy of this Parkes location is being revitalised with an array of dining experiences servicing weekend brunch, all-day on the run, sundown drinks, premium dining, and more. And with the opening of Ballyhoo (a restaurant serving ‘uniquely Australian food and wine-fuelled by fermentation and fire’) now imminent, there’s plenty more details to come about Canberra’s newest dining precinct.
