Active Neighbourhood: Tuggeranong

Posted on

Live or work in Tuggeranong? We’ve found five ways to get active in your neighbourhood.

From bellydance to group running, modern gyms to science-based training—there’s something for (literally) every body.

Bellyup Dance

Live, Laugh, Dance! Add a little spice to your fitness and try a Bellyup dance class. A family-friendly group that shares the joy of belly dance with women of all ages with a fusion of folklore and cabaret styles.

Bellyup’s classes are focused on women finding joy in the dance and with each other—there is no judgement here and all women of different fitness levels are encouraged to join.

All students are given the opportunity to perform for fellow students, family and friends at the bi-annual Haflas (dance parties). It’s a beautiful and empowering way to get active—and build confidence.
