Free weekly fitness camps across Canberra? Yes please.

Canberra, rejoice! You’re now able to access free fitness classes weekly thanks to Live Life Get Active.

Having kicked off in mid-November, Live Life Get Active (LLGA) is an organisation dedicated to making fitness accessible to all Canberrans.

We’re talking free boxing classes, free yoga—even free cross-training. Yep, you read that right.

Classes are from 9.30 am Monday to Friday every week during the school term and run for 45 minutes —perfect timing for stay-at-home parents, new parents, flexible workers and shift workers.

There are four locations across Canberra—Glebe Park, Holt, Moncrieff and Gordon.

All you have to do is register online and then you can book in as many times as you’d like online. There are no class fees, no joining fees, everything is free.

So what’s the catch? Well, there isn’t one.

Like our HerCanberra GET Active series (where we host a free taster class with a different fitness provider every day for a year), LLGA is a national-wide fitness charity, which in Canberra is assisted by the ACT Government, meaning it can offer these services completely free of charge.

So, what’s on offer? Check out this week’s timetable here and register now.
