What is PRAKSIS? PRAKSIS is a Campbell-based movement and fitness studio, focusing on an array of movement and fitness classes.
As they put it; PRAKSIS weaves together principles, techniques and exercises from an array of different disciplines with the simple goal of improving your experience of being in a body.
In this free class—the final of a series held each Wednesday from 7.30–8.30 am in Glebe Park opposite 54 Mort Street—you’ll find new ways to move your body.
These classes focus will focus specifically on waking up the body and preparing participants for the day ahead.
With movements able to be tailored to any fitness level and all abilities, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
