A lover of books and beauty, a seasoned traveller and a creative thinker, Catherine Carter is passionate about Canberra. In 2018, with support from local business leaders, she established Salon Canberra with the aim of bringing together thought leaders and opinion makers to discuss issues that influence the future of the nation’s capital, sparking new conversations and cross-sector collaborations. Catherine is a past recipient of a National Australia Day Achievement Medallion, the Telstra Business Women’s ACT Community and Government Award and the National Association of Women in Construction Crystal Vision Award.
