Emma Grey is the author of four books, Wits’ End Before Breakfast! Confessions of a Working Mum (Lothian 2005), I Don’t Have Time, co-authored with Audrey Thomas (Exisle, 2017), Unrequited: Boy Band Meets Girl (HarperCollins, 2017) and Tilly Maguire and the Royal Wedding Mess (HarperCollins, 2018). Together with Audrey Thomas, she founded My 15 Minutes and offers seminars, workshops, coaching and online programs about productivity. She is also an experienced copywriter and her photos are on Instagram @emmagreyphotography. Emma has two young adult daughters and a young son. Her husband, Jeff, died in 2016 and she is an active campaigner for heart health and having an open conversation about grief, change and post-traumatic growth.
