Precinct Markets: a new market for ANU
Posted on
One of my favourite memories of studying at ANU was checking out the weekly markets held in (what was) Union Court.
But just as the new Kambri Precinct has reinvented ANU’s central hub, the Precinct Markets will offer a new way for students to browse, shop and discover.

Kicking off Friday 20 September, The Precinct Markets will offer a cornucopia of fresh produce, hot food, drinks, craft, handmade smallgoods, fresh cheeses, vintage clothing, handmade skincare, flowers and student stalls.
Held each Friday between 9 am and 2 pm, local stalls will include Deda’s Smokehouse, sheep and goat’s cheese specialists Leaning Oak Dairy, Sonoma Bakery, vegan soap producer Nuebar and vintage clothes vendor Dressing Vintage.

With plenty of grassy space to stretch out on, market-goers can enjoy a festival atmosphere with live entertainment and plenty of shady places to sit and eat.
Kambri’s permanent shopfronts, cafes and restaurants will also be open, so you can pop in for a coffee at Coffee Lab, grab the latest novel or a gift at Harry Hartog or snap up a healthy feed from Nosh.

Are you an ANU student? Six stalls each week will be set aside for the exclusive use of students, so get in touch with Kambri if you’re interested in booking one. Click here for more information.
