Eight Canberra wellness events to help your end-of-year reset

Posted on

The end of the year brings it all: packed calendars, endless To-Do lists, emotions on overdrive, and a bone-deep exhaustion that won’t budge.

Consider these eight events your invitation to pause, reset and take a much-needed moment for yourself before the silly season chaos fully kicks in.

Move For Them: Canberra

Combining wellness with advocacy, this outdoor Mat Pilates class is all about doing good while feeling good. Raising awareness for domestic, family, and sexual violence while honouring those who have lost their lives to gender-based violence, Move For Them Canberra is inviting people to get moving in support.

Featuring a Mat Pilates class from Muse Pilates, coffee from local businesses and speakers sharing stories, knowledge, and messages of hope, all proceeds will go directly to helping victim-survivors.

Saturday 15 November, 10 am – 1 pm | Glebe Park, City | events.humanitix.com

This rejuvenating Saturday morning Pilates session and Sound meditation will be held in the Brassey Gardens of Hale, making it a picturesque way to start your day.

Beginning with an energising Pilates workout to strengthen and centre your body, followed by a soothing soundbath experience designed to calm the mind and promote deep relaxation, the combination of mindful movement and healing sound offers the perfect way to reset and recharge.
