Canberra’s Biggest Nutbush Dance is happening tomorrow and you’re invited

Posted on

Dust off those dancing shoes, people!

Tomorrow, all of Canberra is invited to Civic Square (in front of Canberra Museum and Gallery) to participate in Canberra’s Biggest Nutbush Dance, flash mob-style!

You know the Nutbush, right? Sure you do. After all, it’s one of the only dances your school social, your wedding and your Nan’s 90th birthday bash have in common.

Held in memory of the late and great Tina Turner, the fun and free event has been organised by Canberra Museum and Gallery and is a chance to shake up your Friday lunchtime routine, Tina style.

Whether you bring your kids, your dog, your colleagues or yourself, everyone is invited—with ’80s hairstyles strongly encouraged!

The best way to kick off your weekend? We think so.
