10 THINGS TO TO DO THIS WEEKEND IN CANBERRA! Every Monday for nearly five years,…
Hankering for a fresh slice of nightlife after a quiet 2020? Meet The Mile High Club.
The Mile High Club will open at Zoo Bar on the corner of University Avenue and London Circuit (where UniPub once stood) on Saturday 27 February with a banger of a party, headlined than none other than Australian electronica royalty Sneaky Sound System, beloved for their hits ‘UFO’, ‘Pictures’ and ‘I Love It’.
With tickets just $50 and the chance to be the first to sample Canberra’s newest nightlife venue, this is sure to be a cracker of a night, with tickets and capacity strictly limited to comply with COVID restrictions.
The Mile High Club will take over the penthouse space of Zoo Bar, with a slick neon minimalist aesthetic and some seriously Instagrammable interiors.
The Mile High Club opening party will also celebrate Zoo Bar’s second birthday, with the Mile High Club opening on Saturday nights from 27 February.
Downstairs from The Mile High Club, patrons can visit the No Vacancy Cocktail Lounge, the Hustlers Pool Hall and the ground floor Bar and Grill, as well as booking the second floor Gala Events Space. It’s a new lease on life for one of Canberra’s best-known multi-storey venues.
