Start your engines: Marketplace Gungahlin launches a miniature indoor driving club for kids
Posted on
Weekend shopping trips with the family are about to get a whole lot more exciting.
Marketplace Gungahlin has just unveiled the Mini Driving Club, a brand-new indoor electric car experience on Level 1 that promises to transform the standard Saturday chore into a weekend highlight that little ones will love.
Transforming the upper level into a fully immersive, highly photogenic mini-city, the Mini Driving Club doesn’t run on just a simple track – instead the custom-built course features realistic details that bring the entire driving experience to life. Little drivers can navigate miniature roads, pass street signs, and even pull up at a mini gas station.
The best part? Parents can sit back, have a coffee and enjoy a breather as the kids take the wheel.
Kicking off on Saturday 27 July, the Mini Driving Club will operate every Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm, fitting seamlessly into busy weekend schedules.
Sessions are priced at $5 per 10-minute ride, making it an easy, high-value add-on to your weekly routine. Plus, there’s no need to worry about the weather – the track is entirely indoor, offering a reliable, climate-controlled escape from the cold.
Whether you are looking to reward the kids for cooperating during the grocery run or simply want a fun, accessible weekend activity to break up the day, the Mini Driving Club is sure to make your shopping trip extra special.
Parents, start those engines!
