Tinsel queen Rachel Burke of @imakestagram is coming to Floriade

You may not know her name, but we bet you’re familiar with her creations.
Known as the godmother of the tinsel jacket, Rachel Burke (AKA @imakestagram) is coming to Floriade this weekend for not one but two free upcycling workshops.

A purveyor of colour and creativity with just that little bit (okay, a lot) extra, Rachel will be showing Floriade guests how to upcycle in a playful way by injecting life back into old pieces.
Participants are invited to bring along an item they’d like to ‘springify’ with some of Rachel’s signature fake flowers, sequins and gems.
Need some inspo? Think an old denim jacket, sunglasses, handbag or even some shoes!

Rachel will be on-hand throughout the workshops, helping guide your design to its sparkly, embellished best and to answer any questions about her amazing creations.
