Six ways to get active indoors this summer

Posted on

The summer months bring blue skies, sunshine and hot weather (most peoples’ favourite). However, the problem is that, well—it’s hot out.

Let’s be honest, broiling in the sun isn’t ideal when you’re trying to nail your fitness goals. Here are six ways to handle the heat and get active indoors this summer.

DC FIT

Unleash your inner child and pick up some killer dance moves this summer at Dance Central’s DC Fit.

DC Fit classes bring the fun back into working out—think Bounce trampolining classes, Barre Body, Heels and Zumba. Not only will you get a good sweat on, but you’re also sure to leave feeling confident and accomplished!

I know you’re probably thinking “I can’t dance to save my life” or “I’m so uncoordinated” but if I can do it, so can you.

Dance Central is such a welcoming environment with everyone cheering you on.
