Food brings people together, and here at HC, we believe Canberra is a foodie’s paradise.

So, we’ve compiled a list of the top five foodie events to mark on your calendar this season. And from a five-course boozy menu to a bottomless high tea, we’re sure there’s something for everyone.

Monster x Archie Rose

Get excited, executive Chef Matthew Bentleys is preparing a innovative vegetarian menu to complement Archie Rose Distillery’s spirits and craft cocktails! Think Bao Buns with fancy Molasses Rum, Rye Malt Whiskey Ice Cream and Sunrise Lime Gin Strawberry Sorbet. Taking place on Wednesday 29 March, this five-course boozy menu will showcase the different flavours and cultivars in each dish. Delish!

The Taste Festival Canberra
