Recipe: Sparking Citrus Sunrise

A sweet and tangy tequila sunrise with a tiny bit of fizz to finish from Anisa Sabet.
The perfect way to brighten up what’s looking to be a rainy weekend.
Ingredients
Makes 1
- 45ml (1.5 shots) silver tequila
- 15ml (0.5 shots) Soda Press Co. lemonade organic soda syrup
- 90ml (3 shots) orange juice
- Dash grenadine
To top
SodaStream sparkling water
To garnish
Orange wheel, maraschino cherry
Glass
Hurricane glass
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the tequila, Soda Press Co. lemonade organic soda syrup, and orange juice, shake very well (around 20 seconds).
Strain into a hurricane glass, top with a dash of grenadine, and SodaStream sparkling water for a little bit of fizz, and garnish with an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry.
