The Night Noodle Markets are out—and Street Food Live is in for Enlighten 2023

As dedicated food bloodhounds journalists, we were wondering when an announcement would come about the food offerings for Enlighten 2023.
With no sign of the popular Night Noodle Markets, foodies were left scratching their heads as to exactly what would take their place.
Now we have an answer, courtesy of the Enlighten Festival website itself.
Street Food Live, billed as Australia’s largest street food festival, will kick off next Friday 3 March (the start of Enlighten Festival) and run until Monday 13 March (Canberra Day) under the name Street Food Live @ Enlighten Festival.
Taking place on Parkes Place Lawns (where the Night Noodles Markets were), Street Food Live will feature “opportunities for visitors to indulge in diverse, distinctive and exciting flavours from gourmet food trucks, global food stalls, artisan desserts and hand-crafted beverages.”
From what we can divine from Street Food Live’s Instagram, it could look a little like this:

…(vibes) and feature everything from burgers to bubble tea, raclette to Biscoff sundaes. Fingers crossed for some Canberra names in the mix.
The BentSpoke Beer Garden will also return, serving up craft brew and local bites from 5-11 pm from Friday 3 to Monday 13 March.
