Three Mills Bakery Woden: New digs, new tastes
Posted on
Three Mills Bakery is now open in Woden, meaning southsiders no longer need to travel far to get their hot little hands on some hot little baked goods.
Offering the full range of Three Mills’ delicious artisan breads, pastries and hot bakery items, the space also boasts a cafe, offering “a new take” on their existing cafes in Fyshwick, Belconnen and the city and be open Mondays to Fridays.

Located across from The Alby (and a stone’s throw from Woden’s public service precinct, lucky things), Three Mills Bakery Woden will see the introduction of some tasty newcomers, including the Sourdough Bialy – a traditional Polish bread topped with sweet caramelized onions, creamy Fior di Latte and spiced seed mix – a danish with blackberry compote, honey lemon cream and blueberries and a Butterscotch and Sesame Cookie.

Naturally, Three Mills’ beloved focaccia sandwich, the Taglio, will be on the menu, with a host of new fillings like Bacon and Eggs and Chicken Cesar.

“Our new Woden cafe is a place for locals to get their daily sourdough loaf, for workers and public servants to get their morning coffee and a grab and to-go lunch as well as those looking for a place to relax for a long brunch or lunch,” says Brand and Marketing Manager, Belinda Armstong.
“We’re excited to launch”.
