Updated 26 May: During Canberra’s period of self-isolation and the virtual lockdown of restaurants, award-winning…
What’s the first thing you’re going to do when the ACT lockdown lifts at 11:59 pm next Thursday 14 October? Don’t know?
Well, what we do know is that 10 lucky Canberrans will be sitting down to a private feast at Grease Monkey Braddon or Gungahlin where they’ll be waited on by Greasy’s staff with the entire venue to themselves. Talk about COVID safe.
Which Canberrans get this treat, you ask? Well, it could be you.
To celebrate the return of in-person dining, Grease Monkey is giving you and nine mates the chance to score this private feast, which will feature two personal chefs, a private waiter and all you can eat and drink for two whole hours.
Naturally, the keen bean Grease Monkey team will be mindful of every rule in the reopening book, with General Manager Nick Tuckwell assuring patrons his team will be masked up and abiding by all public health directives.
“We’re just excited to open the restaurants again and give Ken Behrens a reward for all their hard work during lockdown.”
To enter, simply head to Grease Monkey’s Facebook or Instagram, comment on the most recent competition post with something positive that came out of your lockdown experience, then share the post to your Facebook page or Instagram story. That’s it!
The lucky diner will be announced on Tuesday 12 October and entrants are encouraged to keep their phones handy…
