We just want to ask whether there is such a thing as too much frozen yoghurt? We sincerely hope not, as Lonsdale Street Braddon’s newest addition, Moo Moo, is giving it away for free today!

To celebrate its grand opening, Moo Moo is putting the “Yay!” back into Friyay, offering all frozen yoghurt lovers the chance to fill their cup with signature blends of premium flavours (sourced locally as well from Italy) which appear to have every food intolerance covered.

There’s the Moo Moo classic (95 per cent fat free vanilla/ tarte base), strawberry (gluten-free), coconut (vegan, lactose-free, GF), blueberry (GF), chocolate (GF), lychee (GF), hazelnut (GF), Crème Brûlée (GF), and orange (GF).

Veering very much towards the Japanese, luxe forms of frozen yoghurt than the confectionary versions, Moo Moo offers every imaginable topping to turn the frozen yoghurt into a spectacular event.

Heck, they’ve even got a “breakfast” version, combining the classic  frozen yoghurt with granola, almonds, fresh strawberry, passion fruit, banana in syrup, blueberries in sauce, topped with Peanut butter.

Located in the Ori Building where Enigma Chocolates used to be, Moo Moo has a beautiful fit-out and will have indoor seating in the lobby of the building once it gets settled.

And with its 10pm closing time (extending until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays), it’s sure to be a popular hang-out for frozen yoghurt lovers of all ages.

We daresay there might be a bit of a queue today, and if you can’t make it until evening, a DJ will be on hand from 6.30 pm to distract you. In any event you might need a bit of extra time to work out which flavours and which toppings you’re going to go with.
