Molly
Hidden in an alleyway, through what looks like a back door, Mollys is Canberra’s answer to a jazz club speak easy. With a varied menu and skilled staff, they not only have a set mocktail menu but are capable of making up new ones on the fly, in you ask in just the right way.

Volstead Repeal
This is an intimate cocktail bar with that feels sophisticated and chic. but once you spend some time there, you’ll start seeing the quirky details behind the polish – like a self-inserted oil painting portrait of the famous Leonardo Di Caprio meme, or their current entomology inspired menus. Try the Bigshot for a smokey, sweet and sour, berry blast.

Saint Malo
With a heavy Spanish influence, this Mediterranean marvel leaves you imagining you are only moments away from white sand beaches in the sun.
