Sheer Yahk

View this post on Instagram

Soft opening today of "Sheer Yahk" hand made Afghan ice cream (located in Garema Place Civic, next to Dosa Hut). This is a single serve of original, chocolate and strawberry with a topping of pistachios. The ice cream itself is fairly light, about half way between western creamy ice cream and light sorbet. Not sure if the cardamon flavour was in topping or in the original ice cream, but otherwise added a hint of spice flavour. Pleasant dessert, something different to try.👍🐷 #sheeryahk #afghanicecream #dessert #canberra #canberrafood #canberradining #canberraeats #foodgasm #foodpics #foodporn #foodphotography #foodstagram #foodgram #instafood #sofranksocial #thiscanberranlife #cbrfoodie #eatcanberra #visitcanberra #foodhi #fcba #thefoodavenue #canberratothecoast
